　　高强度电杆是无锡华润实业公司自 1989 年以后不断开发研制的高新技术产品，并拥有多项专利技术。自 1991 年Φ 230 × 21m 部分予应力砼电杆问世以来，我们不断适应电力部门的输电要求，向线路不打拉线、降低工程造价、节约耕地、全免维护型线路方向发展，经过 12 年的开发研制不断发展，形成以Φ 270 系列Ⅰ型、改进Ⅱ型× 24m 、 27m 、 30m 、 33m 为主的 110KV 、 220KV 主干线；Φ 230 × 18m 、 21m 为 35KV 主干线；以Φ 230 × 13m 、Φ 300 × 13m 、Φ 230 × 15m 、Φ 300 × 15m 为 10KV 线路转角杆、终端杆，受到了华东三省一市供电用户的好评与支持，并相继获得了国家级新产品奖、华东电力集团公司科技进步二等奖、江苏省高新技术产品、江苏省人民政府科技进步三等奖、江苏省计经委科技进步金牛奖、江苏省建材系统科技创新奖等殊荣。公司为江苏省、无锡市高新技术企业、曾获得建材行业“最佳企业”、无锡市科技进步型企业、无锡市文明单位、先进集体等称号。

　　在科研开发方面，本公司立足于长远，聘请了华东电力设计院教授级高工 2 名（其中唐教授是国内著名的线路专家）、无锡供电设计院高工 2 名、线路工程师多名与公司工艺技术人员配合协作。 1999 年 2 月，公司为满足城市 10KV 供电不打拉线的需要，牵头研制带法兰的砼高强度电杆。在开发过程中有一名教授级高工、三名高工参与了研制与设计，满足了国标和电力部规范等七个文件的要求， 1999 年 9 月 9 日在常州供电局、无锡供电局现场测试成功，并获得了两项专利。
